    Press [ENTER] to confirm.

    Important:

    • The first three sections of the controller’s IP address (e.g., 192.168.5) should match those of the connected camera.
    • The last section must be different from the camera’s IP address to avoid an IP conflict.
    • If a section contains fewer than three digits, push the joystick to the right to move to the next section.
  3. Set the Subnet Mask
Enter the following subnet mask, then press [ENTER]:

    255.255.255.0

  4. Set the Gateway
Enter the same gateway address as the connected camera. For example:

    192.168.5.1

    Press [ENTER] to confirm.

  5. Verify the Settings
The controller will reboot automatically. After the initialization process is complete, its screen should display a message similar to:

    192.168.5.100 Visca!

This confirms that the controller is using the configured IP address and displays its selected control protocol.

5Add Camera To Controller via IP Address

  1. Enter the Camera’s IP Address
On your AV-3104IP joystick controller, press [IP]. Enter the IP address of the camera you want to control (e.g., 192.168.5.163), then press [ENTER].
  2. Configure the Port
Enter the appropriate port number for the selected protocol (UDP/VISCA or ONVIF). Please refer to the port information table below to confirm the correct port number, then press [ENTER].
  3. Assign a Camera Number
Enter any camera number from 1 to 255, then press [ENTER].
  4. Verify the Connection
Once the connection is established, “Succeed” will appear on the controller’s screen.
  5. Select the Camera
Press [CAM1]. The button will illuminate, and the screen will display a message similar to:

    192.168.5.163 Visca:

This indicates the IP address and control protocol of the selected camera.
